1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and slotsphp ("slotsphp", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the slotsphp website located at slotsphp.club and all associated mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

slotsphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on slotsphp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of slotsphp, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the slotsphp Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

slotsphp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by slotsphp may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the slotsphp Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotsphp account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

slotsphp will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from slotsphp that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify slotsphp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. slotsphp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. All activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access shall be deemed to have been authorised by you.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the slotsphp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are currently supported: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. slotsphp reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may vary by payment method. slotsphp processes GCash withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed during standard Philippine banking hours on business days.

slotsphp implements Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine law. We reserve the right to:

• Request documentation verifying the source of funds for deposits or withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML checks.
• Report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. slotsphp will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering or other financial crimes will result in immediate account closure and referral to law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

slotsphp offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by slotsphp.

slotsphp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of promotion terms, the decision of slotsphp shall be final and binding.

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended or permanently closed.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the slotsphp Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are independently tested and verified to ensure fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, slotsphp will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected game round may be voided and any wager refunded to the player's account. slotsphp's decision in such matters shall be final.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited. slotsphp employs technical measures to detect and prevent such activity. Any account found to be using prohibited software will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

slotsphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team or using the self-exclusion tool in your account settings.

Players who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration of their exclusion period. slotsphp will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion, but cannot guarantee that access will be prevented in all circumstances (e.g., if a player registers a new account in breach of these Terms).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the slotsphp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of slotsphp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of slotsphp. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotsphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

slotsphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slotsphp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. slotsphp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact slotsphp's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. slotsphp will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

11. Amendments and Severability

slotsphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
